Ashley Trawick
Ashley is the owner & head coach at Alive Health & Wellness, holding an abundance of certifications to include NASM CPT and functional nutrition practitioner with specialties in gut & hormone health.
Having overcome a binge eating disorder, losing 40 lbs, and falling in love with the lifestyle change, she decided to pursue her passion for coaching and started her own business while working as a law enforcement officer in Atlanta, GA. She left law enforcement to pursue her business full time and has since worked with hundreds of men & women, primarily in the military and law enforcement, to reach their own goals and fight to live the lives they and their families deserve.
Her passion is working with women who have been diagnosed with conditions like Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, PCOS, endometriosis, or other autoimmune illnesses and want to mend their relationship with food in a non-restrictive, enjoyable way to finally achieve fat loss or weight gain.
Maddie is a staff coach at Alive Health & Wellness, holding a Master’s in Kinesiology and an abundance of certifications to include NASM CPT and functional nutrition practitioner with specialties in Pre/Post Natal Exercise & Nutrition for Fertility.
She studied dietetics and got certified as a personal trainer, but it wasn’t until she felt like her own body was failing her that she started to practice what she preached. Her and her husband knew they wanted to start a family, but after recurrent pregnancy loss and battling infertility, unbalanced hormones, poor sleep patterns, and a terrible relationship with food and her body, she knew something needed to change. Her story does have a happy ending, she went on to conceive her rainbow baby and no longer restricts her food intake or uses exercise as a form of punishment, rather as a form of love for her body and all it does and can do for her.
Her passion is working with women seeking to heal their relationship with food & their body, forgive their bodies for recurrent pregnancy loss & support them in their journey of conceiving, and feel more energetic in their day to day lives.

Kaitlyn is a staff coach at Alive Health & Wellness, holding an abundance of certifications to include ACSM CPT and functional nutrition practitioner with specialties in endurance training and body composition.
She started her own fitness journey back in 2013 when she realized that she was drowning in her career as a teacher after putting on a lot of unhealthy weight and was struggling with energy to keep up with the kids. She admittedly had no idea where to start, so she hired a coach, which wasn’t easy on a teacher’s salary, but she knew she wanted to take care of the only body she’ll have and it was an investment she needed to make work. She was able to lose the weight, gain a lot of muscle and strength, drastically changing how she looked and felt.
Her journey inspired her to become a coach and work with women who were struggling with the same things she was. She still teaches full time as well as coaches, which is why you’ll likely find her walking around with an energy drink in-hand, ha!
Kaitlyn Crawford
Jack is a staff coach at Alive Health & Wellness, holding an abundance of certifications to include ACE CPT and functional nutrition practitioner with specialties in body composition & pain free movement.
He started his fitness journey at a young age out of vanity and desire to constantly be bigger, be stronger. Growing up more sensitive than his peers, he felt the need to overcompensate this by always being in the gym and being physically strong so he wouldn’t be perceived as weak. As he got into more functional fitness & nutrition, the shift to optimal performance and longevity became his focus. He loves to work with people who feel “lost”… lost in what is right vs. wrong, in the search for a particular body image, or what is sustainable for their circumstances.
Coach Jack says, “I can’t wait to work with you and push you to your full potential while still living life to the fullest.”
